8. Jewellery Details and Purity
- Gold jewellery is sold in the purity stated on the product page (for example 22 karat or 18 karat) and is BIS hallmarked, as required by Indian law.
- Findings, clasps, links, and wires may use a different metal or purity from the main piece. Any such details are given in the product description.
- Studded jewellery is described by stone type, and where applicable by carat weight, colour, and clarity.
- Sizes and dimensions are shown on the product page to help you visualise the piece.
9. Variance in Weight, Size, and Colour
- The weight shown for a product is approximate and may vary slightly because of finishing during manufacture. Gold is charged on the net gold weight of the item as shown on your final invoice.
- Natural gemstones, diamonds, and pearls vary in colour, cut, size, and shape, which makes each piece unique. For multi-stone pieces, stated carat weights, colours, and clarity grades are minimums or averages as specified in the product description.
- Items may look larger, smaller, or different in colour on your screen because of screen settings and photography. Images may be enlarged for demonstration.
10. Certification
Where applicable, diamond and gemstone jewellery may be supplied with a grading or authenticity certificate from a recognised laboratory, as stated in the product description. Gold jewellery carries BIS hallmarking.
11. Jewellery Care
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Store each piece separately in its box, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, to avoid scratches and tarnishing.
- Keep jewellery away from perfume, deodorant, chemicals, and moisture. Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercising, or doing household work.
- Clean gold and silver pieces gently with a soft, dry cloth. Gemstones and pearls may need a slightly damp cloth, dried thoroughly afterwards.
- Do not leave jewellery hanging on stands for long periods.
- Have your jewellery checked periodically, for example, for loose stones and worn clasps.
12. Payment
Payment must be made through the methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking, or other approved options. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in addition to the listed price. We do not store your card or payment details on our systems; payments are processed by secure third-party gateways. 13. Shipping and Delivery

14. Cancellation Policy
Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Made-to-order and customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and any advance paid for them is non-refundable. 15. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only against the original invoice, and the product must be in its original condition with all certificates and packaging.
- Customised, made-to-order, engraved, and specially sized items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects confirmed by us after inspection.
- On exchange or buyback, the value of gold is calculated at the prevailing rate on the date of return, as per the net weight and purity verified by us, subject to the following deductions: Making charges and taxes are non-refundable.
- Exchange Within 15 Days: Jewellery may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase for 100% of the amount originally paid, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of this policy.
- Exchange After 15 Days: If the jewellery is exchanged after 15 days of purchase, the customer will receive an exchange value equivalent to 100% of the gold value, calculated at the prevailing gold rate at the time of return.
- Return for Monetary Refund After 15 Days: If the customer chooses to return the jewellery after 15 days of purchase and receive a monetary refund, 5% of the applicable gold value will be deducted, and 95% of the gold value will be provided, based on the prevailing gold value at the time of return.
- Where an item was sold at a discount or promotional gold rate, buyback will be at the selling value, not the current market value.
- Return shipping and insurance costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was delivered defective or damaged.
- Once we receive the item, our team inspects its condition and design. After successful verification, refunds are processed within 30 working days to the original payment source.
16. Damage Claims
To help us assess a claim fairly, please record a continuous unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel, and take clear photographs of the product and packaging. Claims without this evidence may not be accepted.
17. Repair and After-Sales Service
The Firm offers repair, resizing, polishing, and cleaning services for products purchased from us. Please contact our team before sending any item. We will inspect it and give you a written quotation, and work begins only after your written or message approval. You bear the shipping and insurance costs for items sent for repair, and repair charges are payable as quoted.
18. Offers and Promotions
- Only one offer can be used on a purchase unless stated otherwise.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Offers are valid for the stated period or while stocks last.
- The Firm may modify, withdraw, or decline any offer at its discretion.
19. Exhibitions and Events
